Julian Lab
We have an opening for an undergraduate student interested in marine sciences to participate as a volunteer in marine invertebrate physiology research. You would work directly with a graduate student.
Responsibility: Assist in maintaining a small lab colony of marine polychaete worms. As you become more experienced, you can assume additional responsibilities, including participating in conducting and analyzing experiments.
Time Commitment: 4 to 5 hours per week. The weekly schedule is flexible according to your course schedule, and may be divided into 1-3 hour chunks, but the timing of the animal care must be consistent from week-to-week.
