Andres Susaeta joined SFRC in 2016 as an Assistant Research Scientist in Forest Resource Economics and Policy. He previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation, Virginia Tech (2010) and the School of Forest Resources and Conservation, University of Florida (2011-2016). His main research interests include forest management under uncertainty and risk, forest optimization models, applied econometrics, climate change and forest-ecosystem services, and natural resource policy.
