Research Publications
Bon Dewitt joined the faculty of the University of Florida in 1988. His specialties within Geomatics include Photogrammetry, Digital Mapping, and Subdivision Design. At present, Bon is an Associate Professor and administers the Geomatics Program in the School of Forest Resources and Conservation. He conducts research and teaches courses in many of the various aspects of Geomatics. Dr. Dewitt is licensed as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the State of Florida and serves as Treasurer for the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society. He is also a Fellow Member of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and has served on the ASPRS Florida Region Board of Directors for over twenty years.
