We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented and collaborative Program Coordinator to support the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) programs in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation (MBC) and Climate Science and Policy (CSP). The MAS Program Coordinator is broadly responsible for providing programmatic and academic advising to prospective and current students associated with both the MBC and CSP degree programs. The Coordinator will also create and maintain creative, compelling and visually appealing website content, communications, social media and marketing materials. Additionally, the Coordinator will collaborate with MAS leadership on relevant and dynamic programmatic strategy and curriculum.
We seek someone with demonstrated excellence in clear, concise and understandable verbal and written communications, as well as a high level of confidence and competency with public speaking, including leading discussions and presenting to diverse audiences. General knowledge and understanding of current ocean conservation and climate change issues is strongly preferred. Demonstrated interest and ability in visual communication media including film, photography and graphic design are a plus.
