GVI operates international education and research projects built around the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and we feel these could be a great fit for your students.
At GVI we offer exceptional training and career development opportunities in the form of internships and service learning projects, and facilitate the ability to make a real difference in the field of marine conservation. Students get the opportunity to collect data on turtles, conduct research surveys on coral and fish species and gain a variety of PADI qualifications with renowned international partners such as PADI, Project Aware and WWF.
Each year numerous students gain college credit for completing a project with us, as well as improved problem solving, teamwork and transferable leadership skills, international referees and contacts, and increased employability. We recently launched a Business and Micro-Enterprise Internship in Cape Town, for example, which is proving to be very popular already.
