Application for leave should be completed and signed by your supervisor
prior to the leave, except sick leave. Completed forms should be sent
to Sherry.
UF work week is Friday through Thursday. You are paid on a bi-weekly
basis and BOTH of the following actions must be completed by the appropriate
deadlines for you to be paid in a timely manner. If you do not meet
the deadlines, please plan to be paid the next pay period.
Paper Timecard
Your time card should be completed daily and the total hours transferred
on-line to Report Weekly Elasped Time. To be paid for the current
pay period your time card is due to Sherry by noon, Tuesday before
the pay period ends.

• Pay period end dates are listed below timecard.
On-Line Reporting
Deadline for entry in order to be paid for the current pay period
is Tuesday before the pay period ends.
• Sign-on to http://my.ufl.edu/
using your Gatorlink username and password
• Click My Self Service
• Click Time Reporting
• Click Report Weekly Elapsed Time
• Enter first day of the pay period in Week Beginning
• Refresh Data
• Enter total hours worked each day for first week EXACTLY
as it appears on your timecard. Record minutes as: .25 for 15 minutes,
.50 for 30 minutes and .75 for 45 minutes
• Select Time Reporting Code (usually first choice i.e. OPS
Temporary)
• Click Save
• Click Okay
• Click Next Week
• Repeat procedure for second week of the pay period.
