TURTLE ISLAND ANNOUNCES COCOS ISLAND CONSERVATION SCHOLARSHIP
Second Scholarship Offered for December 2018 Expedition
Turtle Island Restoration Network (http://www.seaturtles.org) is offering a fully-paid scholarship for a person beginning or early in his or her marine conservation career to participate from December 7 – 17, 2018 in a ten-day shark and sea turtle SCUBA tagging expedition to Cocos Island National Park, Costa Rica. This scholarship covers the approximate $6,000 cost for the expedition aboard the Undersea Hunter Argos vessel, which includes all food, shared lodging, tank refills, rental equipment, and a Nitrox certification if needed (thanks to Undersea Hunter!).
